What does Optimus Business Solutions do?
We custom code websites built for AI search, run AI Search Optimization so you are found on Google, on maps, and in AI answers, and build custom AI agents such as the AI receptionist. We also set up the CRM and automate the office work behind the site. You own everything we build.
How much does it cost?
We do not publish prices, because every build is scoped to the business. On a 15-minute call we walk you through exactly what we would build for you, and you own everything we build.
Do we have to replace everything at once?
No. We can start with the pressure point that is costing the most time or creating the most friction, then connect the next useful handoff.
Where are you based, and do you work outside New Hampshire?
We are based in Salem, New Hampshire. We meet in person across southern New Hampshire and nearby Massachusetts and Maine, and we work remotely with businesses anywhere in the world.
Who answers the questions in the ask box, a real person or an AI?
An AI does, and it answers only from the questions and pages on this website. Every answer links to the page it came from. When the site does not cover your question, it says so and offers a 15-minute call with a person.
Do you monitor my profiles or reply to my reviews for me?
No. We do not offer profile, listing, or review monitoring, and nothing replies to your reviews on its own. We set up a review response practice you keep, the replies are yours to write, and you get one place to reach every profile your business has.
What happens to the question I type in the ask box?
We read it. Questions the site does not answer yet are kept privately so we can write a better answer into these pages. Please do not type passwords, card numbers, or anything private.
