The Optimus roadmap
The roadmap from an AI search to a booked job, built for New Hampshire businesses
Social gets the attention. The maps and the AI assistants decide who gets seen. The website closes. The phone gets answered. The CRM remembers. Automation carries the office.
The roadmap
The road a customer travels to your door, and the office behind it
Optimus Business Solutions, in Salem, New Hampshire, builds the six stages between a stranger's AI search and a booked job for New Hampshire businesses: the maps and the AI assistants, the custom-coded website, the answered call, the CRM, and the automation behind the office. Every competitor runs the same six stages, drawn out or not.
- 01

Stage 01 · Awareness
Attention starts wide
- What happens
- A homeowner scrolls past a before-and-after, hears your name from a neighbor, or sees your truck three doors down. Then they pull out a phone and search.
- What we build
- We make sure the search that follows every post, referral, and yard sign finds the right business and lands somewhere that closes. Everything below is built for that moment.
- 02

Stage 02 · Discovery
The maps and the AI assistants decide who gets seen
- What happens
- They open Google Maps, ask Siri, check Yelp, or ask ChatGPT who to call. Each one reads a different profile of your business and trusts the ones that agree with each other.
- What we build
- Seven free business profiles created from one verified record, so every platform and every assistant that reads them tells the same true story and points at your site.
- 03

Stage 03 · Decision
The website is where they decide
- What happens
- They land on your site at 9pm with two competitors open in other tabs. They read the first screen, scroll once, and decide whether you look like a business that shows up.
- What we build
- A custom-coded website written around the questions customers ask, readable by Google AI results and ChatGPT, with the booking path on your own domain.
- 04

Stage 04 · Response
Whoever answers first usually wins the job
- What happens
- They call from the driveway with water on the floor. If it rings out, they dial the next name on the list, and most of them never call back.
- What we build
- A 24/7 AI receptionist that tells callers it is an AI, answers their questions, books or rebooks the appointment, and writes the details into your calendar and your CRM.
- 05

Stage 05 · Relationship
One database holds every customer
- What happens
- They need the same service again next season, or they know someone who does. Whether they remember you depends on whether you ever reached back out.
- What we build
- Your customers land in one place, follow-ups go out on their own, and campaigns bring past customers back, so a busy week never lets a lead go cold.
- 06

Stage 06 · Operations
The office work that eats your evening
- What happens
- Invoices go out late, quotes never get a follow-up, and the same details get typed into three places. The owner does it at the kitchen table after dark.
- What we build
- We find the Achilles heel of the operation, then architect an automated system that either brings in revenue or cuts overhead, including the hours you spend on it.

Questions about the roadmap
What connects, what stays human, and what to build first
Do we have to build all six stages at once?
No. Pick the stage that is leaking the most right now. Most businesses start with the website, because every other stage delivers people to it, then add the profiles, the receptionist, and the CRM as the next handoff breaks.
Why is the website the center of the roadmap?
Because it is the only stage you fully own and the one where the customer decides. Social posts, map listings, and AI answers all send people to it. People judge the quality of a business by the quality of its website, so a weak site quietly undoes everything upstream.
What do the maps and the AI assistants have to do with each other?
AI assistants answer local questions by reading the same public sources customers do: business listings, review sites, and your own website. ChatGPT surfaces Yelp reviews and business details, Perplexity reads Yelp data, and Google AI results lean on Google Business Profile. Consistent profiles on every platform are how you show up in all of them.
Does the AI receptionist pretend to be a person?
No. It tells every caller it is an AI assistant, then answers the question, books or rebooks the appointment, and writes the details into your calendar and your CRM.
What stays with my team?
Pricing judgment, exceptions, sensitive conversations, and any decision you mark as human stay with your people. Automation moves the repeatable details between those decisions.
How does pricing work?
You own everything. Each piece is priced to your business, ongoing work is one flat month-to-month amount, you can cancel anytime, and you get the exact price on the 15-minute call.
