Calls and AI-assisted interactions
Our AI receptionist identifies itself as an AI. A call may be transcribed or recorded when notice and consent requirements are satisfied. Call details can be used to answer the request, arrange the next step, and improve approved call handling. Do not share sensitive personal, financial, or medical information through the demo.
The website chat assistant also identifies itself as an AI. Chat messages are processed by an AI provider to generate replies. We also store chat conversations so we can review what visitors ask and improve the assistant, the website, and our service. A transcript is additionally sent to our team when you share your contact details so we can follow up. Please do not share sensitive personal, financial, or medical information in the chat. Stored chat conversations are kept for this purpose and deleted within 90 days unless you become a client.
Storage and sharing
Form and inquiry submissions are stored so we can follow up and preserve a reliable record. We may use service providers that help operate the website, communications, scheduling, and security. They receive only the information needed for that work. We do not sell personal information. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties; see "Text messages (SMS)" below.
Text messages (SMS)
When you call or text our business number, or tick the text-message box on our inquiry form, we use your mobile number only to reply to you and to send the texts you agreed to. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this policy and will never be shared with or sold to any third party. Our messaging provider handles your number only to deliver our texts.
Advertising and measurement
This website uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which sets cookies so LinkedIn can report how our ads perform, show our ads to people who visited this site, and give us aggregated, anonymous insights about visitors, such as job title or industry. LinkedIn does not share your identity with us through the tag. You can opt out of LinkedIn ad targeting in your LinkedIn advertising settings, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.
This website also uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies so we can count visits and see which pages and actions, such as a call tap or a sent form, are working. The reports we see are aggregated; we do not send Google your name, email, or phone number through it. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
When you arrive from another website, or from one of our videos, posts or links, this website keeps a small first-party cookie named ob_ft for up to 30 days (some browsers, such as Safari, may delete it sooner). It holds only the campaign tags on the link you used (or the short code from a video), the first page you landed on, the name of the site that sent you, and when you arrived. It never holds your name, email, or phone number, and it is never sold or used for advertising. Like any cookie, your browser sends it back to this website as you browse; we only store it when you send one of our forms, such as an inquiry, together with that request, so we can see which video, post or site brought you. The optional "How did you hear about us?" answer on the inquiry form is kept the same way. You can clear it any time by deleting this site's cookies.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as it supports the purpose described here, resolves a request, or meets a legal requirement. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information when no legal or operational reason requires us to keep it. You may also ask us to stop marketing communications.
