Inquiries
An inquiry is a request for a reply, not a booked appointment or a reserved time. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, promise a result, or obligate either party to purchase or provide services.
Text messaging program
Optimus Business Solutions texts only people who contacted us first: one text back when we miss your call, replies to your texts and inquiries (questions, scheduling and confirmations about your request), and, only if you ticked the separate optional box on our inquiry form, occasional tips and offers. You opt in by calling or texting our business number, (978) 581-6696, or by ticking the text-message box on our inquiry form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will get one text confirming it and no more after that. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or call (978) 581-6696 or use our contact page. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how your number is handled; your mobile number and consent are never shared or sold.
Demo features
The AI receptionist demo identifies itself as an AI and is provided so visitors can experience the interaction. Do not use it for emergencies or submit confidential, sensitive, financial, or medical information. Demo responses are not professional advice.
Site content and ownership
The site design, code, written content, graphics, and brand materials are owned by Optimus Business Solutions or used with permission. You may view and share links to public pages. You may not copy, resell, republish, or create a competing work from substantial site content without written permission.
Google Maps content
Our reviews page shows Google reviews through Google Maps. Your use of that content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
