The Optimus mission

The founder

Anthony Rosa, founder and AI systems engineer

Optimus Business Solutions is a web and AI systems company founded by Anthony Rosa, an AI systems engineer and U.S. Army veteran. It is a remote, service-area business based in Salem, New Hampshire: most of the work happens over Zoom for owners nationwide, with in-person meetings inside a 25-mile radius of Salem. Optimus custom codes websites built for the next generation of AI search, then wires the Local SEO Engine, a 24/7 AI receptionist, the CRM, and the automation behind them.

I hold two college degrees, one in psychology and one in business marketing, and I taught myself to code and to build with AI, starting the week ChatGPT launched in 2022. Before any of that, I served four years in the U.S. Army, two as a military police officer and two in intelligence, where I learned that a system is only as good as the discipline behind it. Today I run Optimus as a family man, teaching my younger brother the same skills. The job I do for a business is simple to say: find its Achilles heel, the one capability that would make it meaningfully more money or save it meaningfully more time, then architect and build the automated system that delivers it.

Why Optimus exists

It started with my grandmother’s restaurant

My grandmother has owned Sayde’s Restaurant here in Salem, New Hampshire for more than thirty years. She built it the old-school way: paper tickets, a cash register, and food good enough that none of the rest seemed to matter. For three decades it worked. Then in 2025 business slowed, the world had quietly moved online without her, and she started talking about closing the doors for good.

I could not let that happen. I helped her adapt and revamp the way the restaurant reaches people, and Sayde’s is still open today. That is when it clicked. There are old-school small businesses everywhere, run by people who are exceptional at their craft and being left behind by technology they never had the time to learn. Big corporations have had these tools for years. Bringing them to small businesses, at a price they can actually afford, became the whole point of Optimus.

Our specialty is the trades. Our door is open to every small business.

Plumbers, HVAC crews, roofers, fence builders, electricians, and the rest of the trades get the most out of what we build, because a trade business lives or dies on the phone call it did not miss and the search it did not show up in. That is where we have done most of our work. But the systems are not trade-specific. We build for any small business that needs them, from a one-person shop to a company with hundreds of employees.
