Go High Level setup in New Hampshire

Go High Level, set up right, so every call and text turns into booked work

We create the account, get your business texting approved by the carriers, map and optimize the whole system, and set up the CRM, missed-call text back, and automations. You approve every message before it goes out.

What you get

One account that answers, texts back, and follows up for you

Optimus Business Solutions sets businesses up on Go High Level, the all-in-one CRM and texting platform, and does the part most owners get stuck on: the A2P 10DLC approval that lets a business text its customers at all. We create the account, get your texting approved, map the whole system, and optimize it, then build the CRM pipeline, the missed-call text back, and the automations your business runs on. The first step is a 15-minute call where we look at how leads reach you today and what to set up first.

  • The account created and connected
  • A2P 10DLC texting approval, start to finish
  • The whole system mapped, then optimized
  • A CRM pipeline and one inbox for every message
  • Missed-call text back from your business number
  • Automations for reminders, reviews, and replies

Why approval matters

Carriers block business texts that are not registered

US carriers require every business that texts customers from a normal local number to register first, under a system called A2P 10DLC. Until the number is approved and linked, your reminders, follow-ups, and missed-call texts get filtered or blocked, and you never see that they failed. Approval is decided by the carriers, so the work is getting every piece to match before it is sent.

  • Brand

    Who is texting

Your business is registered under its legal name and tax ID, exactly as they read on your IRS letter. A name or number that does not match is the most common reason a brand is turned down.

    Step 1 of 3
  • Campaign

What you send, and how people agreed

A plain description of your messages, real sample texts, and the opt-in your customers actually use, all backed by a website with a privacy policy, terms, and an unticked text-message consent box.

    Step 2 of 3
  • Number

    Linked and verified

Approval is not the finish line. Each number has to be linked to the approved campaign and show as verified, or its texts are still blocked. We check every number before the first text goes out.

    Step 3 of 3

Reviewers open your website to check it. A one-page site, or a page that is only a form, is a common reason for rejection. See how we build a site that passes.

What gets set up

Six pieces, built around how your business runs

Go High Level can do a hundred things. We turn on the few your business runs on, set each one up properly, and leave the rest off, so the account stays simple to use.

  • Your account, created and connected

A Go High Level account in your business name, a number to call and text from, your calendar, your team as users, and the mobile app on your phone so a new lead reaches you anywhere.

    Leads reach you anywhere
  • The whole system, mapped

We go through every part of the account and write down what your business will use, what it will not, and how each lead should move, before anything gets switched on.

    Nothing switched on blind
  • Optimized, not just turned on

Settings tuned to how you work: who hears about each lead, how long the phone rings before the text goes out, duplicate contacts merged, and the parts you do not use switched off.

    Simple to run
  • A CRM you can read at a glance

Every call, text, email, chat, and social message in one thread per customer, and pipeline stages that follow your jobs from the first inquiry to paid.

    Every lead in one place
  • Missed-call text back

When you cannot pick up, the caller gets a text from your business number in your words. We build it as a workflow, so someone who calls three times gets one text, not three.

    No caller left hanging
  • Automations that run themselves

Appointment confirmations and reminders, a review request after the job, replies routed to the right person, and an alert when a text fails, each one tested on your phone first.

    Follow-up without you

Set up right, or set up and left

Questions owners ask

Straight answers before you book

Answered in seconds from this site only, with a link to where each answer is written.

What is A2P 10DLC, and why does my business need it?

It is the registration US carriers require before a business can text customers from a normal local number. Your business is registered as a brand, which says who is texting, and a campaign, which says what you send, why, and how people agreed to get it. Texts from a number that is not linked to an approved campaign get filtered or blocked, so the reminder or the missed-call text never arrives.

How long does A2P approval take?

Usually days, sometimes weeks, and the carriers make the final call, so nobody can honestly promise a date. What we control is the submission: the legal name and tax ID match your IRS letter, the website, privacy policy and terms are in place, and the sample messages and opt-in match what you actually send. If a carrier rejects it, we read the reason, fix the whole submission, and send it again.

Do I need a website to get texting approved?

Yes. Reviewers open your website and check that it clearly shows what the business does, with a privacy policy, terms, and a text-message consent box that is not ticked by default. A one-page site, or a page that is only a form, is a common reason for rejection. If your site is not there yet, we build one that is.

Can I keep my current business number?

Yes. We either move your number into the account, which usually takes a few weeks and keeps your line working the whole time, or forward your calls to a new number in the account. Either way we call it ourselves and test every path, so nothing loops and nothing rings out.

Go High Level does a lot. Do I need all of it?

No. Most small businesses run on a few parts: the phone and texting, one inbox, the pipeline, the calendar, and review requests. We map the whole system, switch on what your business uses, and leave the rest off, so the account stays simple to run.

What do I need to provide?

Your legal business name and tax ID as they appear on your IRS letter, the business address, an email on your own domain, your website, who should hear about new leads, and about an hour with us to agree on the pipeline stages and the wording of every text. You approve every message before anything goes out.

Who owns the account, the contacts, and the number?

Your business does. The account is set up in your business name, the texting registration is in your company's name, and your contacts and conversations stay yours to export at any time. Optimus stays on as an administrator you can remove.
